Whether you’re exploring QPrep or testing the app, start here. We’ll keep public availability clear and help you find the right next step.
QPrep is currently in private testing. The public iOS and Android releases are not available yet. You can enquire about access; availability and invitations are not guaranteed, and we have not announced a launch date.

Include your intended authority and phone platform if you wish. Please do not send passports, licence documents, patient information or passwords. An email enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or purchase a plan.
For sign-in trouble, first try the app’s Forgot password option. If you still need help, describe the issue, phone model, operating system and app version. Redact personal information from screenshots.

The website does not sell subscriptions. When store purchases are available, the store’s displayed price, billing period and renewal terms govern your purchase. Free Starter and Prep Pass are explained on the plans section.
Use Restore purchases in the app if an existing store purchase is not recognized. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the store where you purchased them. Deleting the app or your QPrep account does not itself cancel a subscription.
Contact support with your selected authority, the question wording or a redacted screenshot, and what seems wrong. Include a question identifier if available. Tell us whether the issue concerns the answer, explanation, source or authority mapping.
QPrep and Sage provide educational support, not patient-care advice. Do not include real patient information. For official eligibility, booking or licensing decisions, contact your authority directly.
