You can initiate account deletion in the QPrep app. If you cannot access it, use the contact route below. We do not ask you to send your password.
Delete from the app
Open Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account, read the confirmation and confirm if you want to proceed. On successful completion, the in-app deletion flow removes your sign-in account, profile and associated study records from QPrep’s active backend, and clears local user caches. It does not cancel a store subscription.
Deletion is intended to be permanent. Save anything you need before confirming. This website cannot directly delete an account.
If you cannot sign in
Email from the address associated with your QPrep account with the subject “QPrep account deletion.” We may need to verify ownership before acting. Do not send passwords, patient details or identity documents.
Email: privacy@qprep.me. Your mail app opens; nothing is sent until you send it.
Understand the scope
The current automated flow does not itself erase records held separately by analytics, subscription or AI service providers. Our complete provider-deletion and backup-retention procedures are still being verified for public app launch. Contact privacy support about your records; do not assume uninstalling the app removes them.

Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your account, uninstalling QPrep or sending a deletion request does not itself cancel a store subscription. Manage it in the store where you purchased it.
