DHA is the Dubai Health Authority. DOH regulates health services in Abu Dhabi. MOHAP has its own professional evaluation and licensing services. The right route depends on the role and facility where you intend to practise—not simply which test seems easiest.
Preparation is only one part of licensing.
Qualification eligibility, verification, assessment where required, and a professional licence are different steps. A preparation app cannot decide your eligibility. The Unified Professional Qualification Requirements help define professional qualification criteria; they are not a shared exam blueprint.
