What happens on this website
The interactive demonstrations use authored examples and fictional learning data. Text you type into a demo stays in that page’s memory and resets when you reload. It is not sent to Sage, an AI provider or an app account.
Your motion preference is stored in session storage for the browser session. We do not add advertising cookies, analytics pixels or a marketing tracking script to this website.
The site is hosted by Vercel. Delivering and securing web requests involves technical information such as IP address, browser/request details and access logs. Fonts and illustration assets are served with the website. Vercel privacy information.
If you contact us
When you send an email, we receive your address, the message and any information you choose to include. We use Google Workspace to handle email enquiries. We use your message to handle your enquiry or request; it does not add you to a marketing campaign.
Email is retained in the company mailbox for handling and follow-up. You can request deletion or ask about a specific message; we will explain any record we cannot remove. Google Workspace has its own service and backup handling.
Do not send patient-identifying information, passwords, identity documents or confidential workplace records. If verification is necessary, we will explain the specific information needed.
The app uses additional information
The signed-in app is different from this website. It processes account and sign-in information, exam and study preferences, answers and learning activity, Sage conversations and learning summaries, subscription status and technical diagnostics to provide the experience.
The current app implementation uses Supabase for authentication and backend data; Anthropic for Sage responses; OpenAI for learning-memory embeddings when configured; RevenueCat and the app stores for subscription status; Mixpanel for account-linked usage analytics; and Firebase for notifications and crash diagnostics. Service email may use Resend when configured. Apple or Google may also process sign-in requests when you choose their sign-in options.
Relevant Sage prompts, conversation and learning context may be sent to AI services. Analytics can be linked to your account; it should not be understood as anonymous. App caches and preferences may also be held on your device.
Your choices and requests
You can use this website without signing in or sending us a message. Reloading clears demo input; the motion setting can be changed with the page’s motion control. Follow these instructions to request app account deletion.
You may contact us to ask about personal information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify ownership before acting. We do not promise that records held by payment, analytics or AI providers, or backups, disappear immediately when an app account is deleted.
